WINBY WASTUVIZ

WASTUVIZ INTERACTIVE NAVIGATOR

Move buyers
closer to the sale.

Give buyers a better way to explore, and sales teams a clearer reason to follow up.

See how WIN works

It starts with an IDEA

Immersion
Explore the property.
Documentation
Keep the journey in context.
Evaluation
Assess connected behaviour.
Advice
Prepare the next sales conversation.

01 / IMMERSION

Make the property
worth exploring.

Video chapters, interactive plans and AR/VR help buyers examine the spaces, compare their options and involve the people who matter.

02 / DOCUMENTATION

Record the journey
in context.

Record visits, interactions and enquiries with consent, so each observation remains connected to the content and sequence that produced it.

03 / EVALUATION

Read the pattern
behind the activity.

WIN evaluates sequence, return activity and shared exploration together, instead of treating every click as a buying signal.

The scoring methods remain proprietary.

04 / ADVICE

Give sales a reason
for the next step.

Turn the relevant observations into questions to address, information to prepare and follow-up to coordinate.

PRIVACY & PERMISSIONS

Context requires
consent.

This page explains WIN's process. It does not identify buyers or run a behavioural assessment on your visit.

A project implementation must define its consent choices, recorded events, connected systems, retention and access before collecting buyer data. Device permissions are requested only for features that need them.

Behavioural observations can support a sales conversation. They do not establish a person's finances, relationships or certainty of purchase.

ABOUT / WIN

From exploration
to the next conversation.

WIN stands for WastuViz Interactive Navigator. It connects the experience of exploring a property with the information a real estate sales team needs to respond to an enquiry.

What is IDEA?

Immersion gives buyers ways to examine the property through video chapters, interactive plans and AR/VR. Documentation keeps the recorded journey and its context. Evaluation assesses connected behaviour through WastuViz's proprietary methods. Advice prepares a practical sales brief.

What does Evaluation consider?

The order of interactions, return activity, the content explored and continuation through shared links can mean more together than a single activity count. A plan comparison, a payment scenario and a visit request each raise different questions for a sales team.

What can a sales brief provide?

A reason to prepare dimensions, address payment questions, involve other decision makers or coordinate a requested visit. The brief informs a conversation; the conversation establishes the buyer's requirements.

What does an implementation need?

The property content, defined journey events, consent choices and a sales workflow that can act on the relevant observations. Discuss these with WastuViz before defining your implementation.
